📖 How to use TuitionHQ
🚀 Getting Started

Create an account — tap Register on the login screen. You get a free 30-day Premium trial automatically. No credit card needed.

Or use Guest mode — tap "Continue as Guest" to try the app without signing up. Your data stays on this device only.

Create batches first — go to Batches in the nav bar and add your class groups (e.g. "Class 9 – Maths").
👤 Adding Students

Tap + Add Student in the nav bar.

Fill in the student's Name, Parent's Phone, and Monthly Fee.

Pick a Batch from the dropdown. The Student ID and Due Date fill automatically.

If a current student referred this new one, pick them in Referred by (Premium).

Tap Add Student to save, or Add + WhatsApp to also send a welcome message immediately.
📅 Taking Attendance

Go to Attendance in the nav bar.

The date defaults to today. Tap any student card to toggle between Present (green) and Absent (red).

Tap Save Attendance when done. The history table below updates automatically.
💡 Tip: Students absent 3+ days in a row appear as alerts on the Dashboard.
💰 Managing Fees

Go to Fees in the nav bar to see all students this month.

Use the filter chips — All / Pending / Overdue / Paid — to narrow the list.

When a student pays, tap the green Paid ✓ button on their row. Premium users can then send a WhatsApp receipt with one tap.
🔗 Referral Tracking

Go to Referrals in the nav bar (Premium feature).

See a leaderboard of which existing students have brought in the most new enrolments.

Each referral pair is listed below — new student, who referred them, and when they joined.
💡 Referral data comes from the "Referred by" field you fill when adding a new student.
💬 WhatsApp Hub (Premium)

Go to WhatsApp in the nav bar.

Tap Send all next to any bulk reminder (fee reminder, overdue alert, absent today).

A list of matching students appears. Tap Send next to each one — WhatsApp opens with a pre-written message.
📊 Profit Calculator (Premium)

Go to Profit in the nav bar.
2
Add monthly expenses (rent, supplies, etc.) using the form at the bottom.
3
Your Net Profit (collected fees minus expenses) updates automatically at the top.
